Having lived in South America, Europe, Asia, Africa, Australia and the Middle East, Chelsea has a unique ability to relate to international clients and advocate on their behalf. 

Chelsea began providing social services to refugees in 2005, and representing immigrants in legal matters in 2007.

Her diverse immigration practice specializes in family-based immigration, permanent residency and citizenship, humanitarian relief, and representation of foreign nationals at U.S. consulates abroad.

She received her Juris Doctorate in 2008 and is a member of the District of Columbia and U.S. Supreme Court bar. Additionally, she studied international humanitarian law in Melbourne, Australia, international conflict resolution in Jerusalem, Israel, and international mediation in Budapest, Hungary and Paris, France.

Chelsea is of Okanogan (Syilx) heritage, and is committed to promoting equity for Native American women practicing law.
